Job Description Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Design (Museums & Cultural Projects)

Location: Noida

Department: Architecture / Design / Project management / Design management

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with an architectural background to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of museum and cultural projects. The role focuses on design management, ensuring seamless integration between concept, design development, and execution. The candidate will act as a bridge between design teams, clients, and consultants to deliver high-quality projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to execution with a focus on design coordination
• Develop and monitor project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
• Coordinate closely with internal design teams, external consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensure timely deliverables are maintained through all project stages
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Lead client interactions, presentations, and progress reviews
• Track project risks, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure alignment with design and quality standards
• Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 8 + years in architecture/design project management
• Educational Background: Degree in Architecture/ Project management/ Design management or related field
• Strong understanding of design processes and execution workflows
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and presentation software
• Experience in museum/cultural or experiential projects is preferred

Other Requirements:

• Client-facing experience is essential
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for project needs
