Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile Methodologies SFDC Integration SFDC Lightning and CX-Scrum Master. Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Oversee the integration of SFDC systems and ensure seamless functionality.Provide expertise in SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and system efficiency.Implement Agile methodologies to streamline project processes and improve team collaboration.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.Utilize domain knowledge in Asset and Wealth Management to provide industry-specific insights.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Agile Methodologies to drive efficient project execution.Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Integration to ensure seamless system functionality.Have in-depth knowledge of SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience.Hold a certification in CX-Scrum Master to facilitate effective Scrum practices.Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus.Exhibit excellent project management skills to deliver successful project outcomes.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
