Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Spring Boot and Core Java with a preference for experience in the Devices domain. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources for project execution
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project plans using Spring Boot and Core Java
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team
  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
  • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality projects that impact society positively

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical skills in Spring Boot and Core Java
  • Nice to have experience in the Devices domain
  • Must have excellent project management skills
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have experience in a hybrid work model
  • Must have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Must have experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Must have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Certifications Required

    PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
