Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Analytics and Biovia Bioreg with additional experience in Data Models being a plus. This role is hybrid and operates during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing projects that drive our companys mission forward.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Oversee the development and implementation of project plans.Provide direction and support to project teams to ensure alignment with project goals.Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met.Utilize Product Analytics to derive insights and inform project decisions.Implement Biovia Bioreg solutions to streamline project workflows.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Product Analytics and Biovia Bioreg.Demonstrate experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Have experience in Data Models which is a plus.Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.Show a strong commitment to achieving project goals and delivering high-quality results.
Certifications Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
