Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Spring Boot and Java with a preference for those with domain experience in Devices. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope time and budget constraints.
  • Oversee the planning execution and closing of projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members leveraging expertise in Spring Boot and Java.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project objectives and establish project plans.
  • Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members stakeholders and clients.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
  • Manage project documentation including project plans status reports and change requests.
  • Facilitate the resolution of project issues and conflicts ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
  • Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance future project outcomes.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Devices to provide valuable insights and recommendations for project success.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills in Spring Boot and Java.
  • Have domain experience in Devices (nice to have).
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Show the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a strong understanding of project management best practices.
