Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile PLM Scrum and various aspects of project management including planning execution budgeting and stakeholder management. This role requires domain experience in Asset Management Operations. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.Oversee the execution of project plans ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.Provide expertise in Agile PLM and Scrum methodologies to streamline project processes and improve efficiency.Manage project costs and budgeting to ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately.Handle project invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and expectations are managed.Implement project risk management strategies to identify assess and mitigate potential risks.Ensure project scope is clearly defined and managed to prevent scope creep.Maintain high standards of project quality management to deliver exceptional results.Monitor project timelines to ensure milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.Utilize project management tools and techniques to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Agile PLM and Scrum methodologies.Demonstrate expertise in project planning execution and budgeting.Have experience in project stakeholder management and risk management.Show proficiency in project scope quality and time management.Exhibit strong skills in project tracking and planning.Have domain experience in Asset Management Operations.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with day shifts.Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.Be detail-oriented and highly organized.Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Show a proactive approach to problem-solving.Be adaptable to changing project requirements.Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
