Project Manager Civil

Location: KK Nagar, Chennai

Project Type: Residential & Office Building Construction

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial construction projects in KK Nagar, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience handling government projects and be proficient in AutoCAD.

• Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to handover
• Manage residential and office building construction projects
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and approvals
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Prepare and review project drawings using AutoCAD
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Ensure safety standards and quality control measures are followed

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction
• Prior experience handling government construction projects (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines

• Civil Engineering degree or related qualification
• Minimum 510 years of relevant experience
• Based in or willing to work in Chennai
