Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager / BA Lead with strong FX Options domain expertise to lead a strategic transformation program migrating from Murex to an internal trading platform. This role combines hands-on project leadership with senior business analysis ownership, driving scope, planning, RAID, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring high- quality functional outcomes for Trading, Structuring, Market Risk, Product Control, Operations, and Technology.

Requirements:

• 812 years experience leading capital markets change as a Project Manager and/or BA Lead on complex FO technology programs.
• Deep FX Options experience (vanilla and/or exotics), including volatility surfaces/smile, Greeks, valuation drivers,
• and lifecycle events.
• Proven experience delivering platform migrations and/or large-scale system change (front-to-back impacts, data migration, parallel run, cutover).
• Strong BA capability: requirements elicitation, functional design/specs, process mapping, controls, and stakeholder
• sign-off.
• Strong understanding of market data and pricing inputs (curves, fixings, vol surfaces) and their impact on valuation, risk, and P&L.
• Testing leadership: test strategy, test packs, SIT/UAT coordination, defect triage, and evidence-based sign-off.

Key Responsibilites:

• Lead the migration program from Murex to an internal platform as Project Manager / BA Lead, owning delivery end-to-end.
• Define and manage scope, plan, RAID, dependencies, and delivery cadence across business and technology
• workstreams.
• Lead requirements gathering and functional design for FX Options workflows: booking, lifecycle events, pricing, risk, and downstream impacts.
• Drive solution alignment across market data, curves, vol surfaces, valuation controls, and operational processes.
• Own migration approach: functional mapping (Murex target platform), data mapping, gap analysis, and prioritised remediation plan.
• Lead testing and validation: SIT/UAT coordination, parallel run planning, defect triage, and readiness sign-offs.
• Manage cutover and go-live: rehearsal planning, operational readiness, hypercare, and stabilization.
• Provide clear executive communications and governance reporting to stakeholders and steering committees.
