Requirement :

We are looking for a project manager with minimum experience of 10 years for a group company of Manjeet Bhullar (Arteform Designs Pvt. Ltd.). We are a leading design and build firm with over 40 years of experience in Design & Build luxury projects pan India (Architecture, Interiors, manufacturing).

Responsibilities:

Multifaceted team leader capable of handling a work force of about 100 people or more.

Experience in the execution of luxury projects only with high quality specifications (residential, commercial, industrial, etc) will be only considered.

Should have strong coordination skills (with the design team, vendors, contractors, consultants, PMC, etc).

Should have the capability to meet deadlines and manage project schedules and costs & quality specifications.

Should have evolved problem solving skills.

Should have strong communication skills and client handling skills.

Should have the capability to handle multiple projects (minimum ten) at a given point of time.

Should understand and maintain work quality standards.

Candidate should have no problem in operating pan India.

Should be capable of handling architecture, civil and interior design aspects of a project.

Should be able to apply old techniques with modern mechanism for optimum efficiency.
