Hiring: Financial Services Project Management Analyst

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 35 Years

Shift: US Shift

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment to support overall project deliverables.
• Handle delegated tasks independently and ensure timely completion.
• Perform recurring activities such as report creation, file downloads, and presentation formatting.
• Participate in daily/weekly Zoom meetings as required.
• Conduct data hygiene and QA reviews of project plans, RAID logs, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Prepare and maintain status reports and project dashboards.
• Support balanced scorecards and reporting metrics.
• Provide general support during test executions and project activities.
• Update and maintain dashboard reporting and project metrics.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services Project Management as a Junior Consultant or team member.
• Experience with data conversions, platform migrations, or UAT testing is highly preferred.
• Strong technology orientation with excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation and pivot tables.
• Ability to create and format PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with Technology, Operations, and PMO teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
