Location: Bangalore/Chennai

Work Mode: Hybrid


Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all PMO activities to ensure smooth project operations.


Handle budgeting and financial tracking for projects.


Manage resource allocation across multiple projects to optimize efficiency.


Coordinate RRF (Resource Request Form) allocation and approvals.


Ensure effective coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.


Manage invoicing and billing processes in line with organizational standards.


Drive and monitor operational activities to support project delivery and compliance.


Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for leadership review.


Required Skills & Competencies


Strong expertise in PMO operations with proven experience in budgeting and resource management.


Excellent knowledge of project financials, invoicing, and cost tracking.


Ability to manage resource allocation and RRF processes effectively.


Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.


Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.


Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
