About the Role

We are hiring aProject Incharge (Electrical)to coordinate with clients through day-to-day meetings and oversee commercial & billing aspects of electrical works across our projects. You will be responsible forBOQ interpretation, RA billing, contractor bill verification, material reconciliation, and progress reporting ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely clearances.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams through regular site and review meetings.
• Interpret BOQs, drawings, and specifications for electrical works.
• Prepare and submit RA bills and final bills with proper measurement and documentation.
• Verify contractor and subcontractor bills against executed quantities.
• Track and reconcile material consumption versus BOQ and site usage.
• Maintain records of measurements, drawings, and approvals.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Support commercial closures, variation statements, and extra item justifications.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual terms, and quality standards.
• Assist in handover documentation and project close-out activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of electrical BOQs, billing, and measurement systems.
• Experience in handling commercial aspects of electrical projects.
• Good coordination and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently at site with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum810 yearsof experience in electrical project execution with exposure to billing, BOQ, and client coordination.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure electrical projects preferred.
