Project Coordinator

Role Overview

Were looking for a Project Coordinator to support the smooth execution of multiple client projects in an agency environment. Youll work closely with account managers, cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure timelines, tasks, and deliverables are managed efficiently using Jira and smart tools (including AI).

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day project tracking for multiple client accounts
• Own task creation, assignment, and tracking on Jira (mandatory)
• Coordinate with account, creative, content, design, and delivery teams
• Track timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across projects
• Share regular status updates with internal stakeholders
• Follow up on briefs, requirements, revisions, and final closures
• Identify potential delays, scope changes, or resource gaps early
• Maintain clear project documentation, trackers, and reports
• Support smooth handovers between teams and stages of work

Requirements :

• 0.6 Months to 3 yearsof experience in a project coordination role within an agency or fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of Jira
• Experience handling multiple clients and tight timelines
• Clear communication skills and strong follow-up habits
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting
• Working knowledge of AI tools for productivity, planning, documentation, or reporting

Good to Have :

• Exposure to structured delivery workflows across different teams
• Understanding of sprint-based or phased execution models
• Familiarity with agency processes, briefs, approvals, and timelines
• Experience using AI tools to optimise workflows or reduce manual effort
