Role Summary

A Project Coordinator supports Project Managers in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects. The role includes coordinating tasks across teams and stakeholders, tracking project progress, managing documentation, communication, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist Project Head in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays or risks.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a point of contact between teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to the Project Head.
• Ensure clear and timely communication across departments.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, status reports, logs).
• Prepare project-related reports, trackers, and data analysis as needed.
• Manage document repositories and ensure accuracy of records.

Risk & Resource Management

• Identify project risks and issues; support risk mitigation activities.
• Support resource coordination and allocation.
• Follow up on deliverables and vendor/supplier commitments.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational & multitasking skills to handle multiple workstreams.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g.,MS Project) and MS Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification- B.E. / B.Tech / Dip - CIVIL

Experience - 20+ Years
