Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Architect at Unison Education and Research Foundation for its upcoming Boys' residential school in Dehra Dun. The Project Architect will be responsible for coordinating the design packages with the Principal Architects and consultants, overseeing day-to-day architectural tasks at the site, including submittal management, and utilizing AutoCAD/Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and minimum experience of 5 years in architecture and design management
• Ability to efficiently manage submittals and other architectural documentation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the education sector is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) (Mandatory requirement)
