Overview:

Titan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our Girl Child CSR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social impact and a proven track record of successfully managing CSR programs. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the education and empowerment of girl children in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR program focused on supporting the education and empowerment of girl children in India

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize key areas of focus for the program

- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources

- Monitor and evaluate program progress and impact, making necessary adjustments to ensure program success

- Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and other partners to support program goals

- Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness and support for the program

- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to CSR initiatives

- Prepare and present regular reports on program progress to senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, international development, business)

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR program management, preferably with a focus on girl child initiatives

- Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices

- Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing CSR programs

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders

- Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, and other partners

- Knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to CSR initiatives

- Passion for social impact and a commitment to promoting the education and empowerment of girl children in India

Additional Parameters:

- Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is required

- Willingness to travel within India as needed

- Experience working in the retail industry is a plus
