Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience with technical operations and program management methodologies.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in program or project management.
5 years of experience in process improvement, quality control, quality assurance, stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience with Six Sigma process excellence
Excellent communication and people skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root cause of quality issues and develop effective solutions, including strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable working with and formulating AI based solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including communications by stakeholder type.
Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycle that address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including objectives.
Build relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
