Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MuleSoft Application Network MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity and MuleSoft Integration. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage and deliver complex projects effectively. The role is day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of MuleSoft integration projects.Oversee the design and development of MuleSoft Application Network solutions.Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.Ensure that all MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity solutions are aligned with business requirements.Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in MuleSoft integration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.Deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in MuleSoft Application Network.Should have strong expertise in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity.Must possess in-depth knowledge of MuleSoft Integration.Should have excellent organizational and communication skills.Must be able to manage complex projects effectively.Should have a proven track record of successful project delivery.Must be able to work in a hybrid work model.Should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Should have experience in managing project timelines budgets and resources.Must be able to identify and mitigate project risks.Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.Must be able to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
