KeyResponsibilities:

1.ScholarshipProgramManagement

• Designandoverseetheend-to-endscholarshipprocess(application,screening,selection,disbursement).
• Developcleareligibilitycriteriaandevaluationframeworks.
• Coordinatetimelyfeedisbursementtocollegesandinstitutions.
• Maintainaccuratedocumentationandstudentrecords.
• Trackacademicprogressandensurecompliancewithprogramguidelines.

2.StudentMentorship&HolisticSupport:

• Buildandmanageastructuredmentorshipprogram.
• Matchstudentswithmentorsbasedonacademicinterestsandcareergoals.
• Organizeorientationsessions,careerguidanceworkshops,andlifeskillsprograms.
• Provideemotionalandmotivationalsupportsystemstoensurestudentwell-being.
• Createmechanismsforcontinuousengagementandfeedback.

3.StakeholderEngagement:

• Buildrelationshipswithcolleges,donors,mentors,andcommunitypartners.
• Actastheprimarypointofcontactforstudentsandfamilies.
• Prepareimpactreportsandupdatesforstakeholders.
• RepresentVrikshaatevents,meetings,andpartnerinteractions.

4.Fundraising&ResourceMobilizationSupport:

• Assistindonorcommunicationandreporting.
• Contributetoproposaldevelopmentandfundraisinginitiatives.
• Sharestudentsuccessstories(withconsent)tostrengthenoutreachefforts.

5.Monitoring,Evaluation&ImpactMeasurement:

• Developtrackingsystemstomeasureacademicperformanceandretention.
• Monitorstudentprogressionandgraduationoutcomes.
• Generateperiodicimpactreportsandprogramassessments.
• Identifyareasforprogramimprovementandscalability.

6.Administrative&OperationalOversight:

• Managebudgetsrelatedtoscholarshipsandprogramactivities.
• Ensuretransparencyandcomplianceinfinancialprocesses.
• CoordinatewiththebroaderSharanalayamteamforoperationalalignment.

Qualifications&Experience

Education:

Bachelorsdegreerequired;MastersdegreeinEducation,SocialWork,DevelopmentStudies,PublicAdministration,orrelatedfieldpreferred.

Experience:

• Experienceworkingwithyouthorscholarshipprogramsishighlydesirable.
