Job Description

| 1. Coordinate with Engineering and Plan for Shutdown / Maintenance activity in the shift and manage operations through work order and work permits. 2. Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. 3. Control and monitor processes using DCS and SCADA systems. 4. Help panel operators to tackle plant operational emergencies and abnormalities. 5. Follow the work permit system. 6. Identify and troubleshooting process and equipment issues to minimize downtime. 7. Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective actions. | 1. Maintain shift wise production as per planning. 2. Ensure implementation of work instructions by Panel Operators and Field Officers and monitor the same. 3. Ensure shift-wise monitoring of process parameters yield, total efficiency against targets. 4. Observe & Identifying Leakages and Spillages During Plant Rounds 5. Identify and Report Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions, Report Near Misses and Safety Observations. 6. Communicate to Section In-charge in emergencies. 7. Help panel officers to tackle plant operational emergencies and abnormalities. 8. Maintain product quality and monitor results along with panel officers. 9. Develop daily production performance reports and other shift-wise reports. | |
