Role Description

Troovy is seeking a detail-oriented Production & Quality Associate to support production planning, procurement, and quality control. The role involves coordinating production schedules, managing sourcing and procurement of raw materials and new ingredients, and evaluating suppliers for quality and compliance. Responsibilities also include conducting quality checks on raw materials and finished goods, maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and driving process improvements to ensure consistent quality and operational efficiency.

It is a full-time office role based in Gurugram. The role also involves travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in food manufacturing, procurement, or quality assurance, preferably within the FMCG sector
• Working knowledge of food safety and quality standards, including FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP
• Experience in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and quality documentation management
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
