Production Officer

Role: Production Officer/Executive - OSD Formulations

Exp: 1-2 years

Contract: 9 months

Immediate Joiners

Core Responsibilites:

1. Material Handling

• Assist in weighing, sieving, and transferring raw materials and intermediates.
• Ensure proper segregation and identification of materials.
• Handle materials in accordance with GMP and safety guidelines.

2. Equipment Operation & Support

• Operate and support production equipment such as:

Blenders; Tablet presses; Capsule filling machines; Coating machines

• Perform equipment setup and assist in changeovers as per approved SOPs.
• Support in-process monitoring during manufacturing activities.

3. Process Monitoring

• Conduct in-process checks including:
• Appearance
• Weight variation
• Physical parameters
• Identify and report deviations or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.

4. Documentation

• Accurately record entries in:
• Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
• Logbooks
• Equipment cleaning records
• Ensure all documentation is completed in real-time under supervision.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Adhere strictly to GMP and safety requirements.
• Participate in GMP, safety, and operational training programs.
• Assist during audits and preventive maintenance activities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
• 02 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferred).
• Basic understanding of GMP and production processes.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
