Production Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a Production Assistant with 12 years of experience to support day-to-day on-set operations, including equipment setup, logistics, and coordination across departments. The role involves assisting the production team during shoots, managing on-set requirements, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• . Assist in setup and breakdown of equipment, props, and sets before and after shoots.
• . Support the production team during shoots by acting as a runner for on-set requirements such as supplies, food, beverages, and documents.
• . Help with loading, unloading, and transportation of production materials, studio gear, and equipment.
• . Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the production floor, studio space, and equipment at all times.
• . Coordinate with departments such as Camera, Art, Lighting, Sound, and Production for smooth on-ground operations.
• . Assist the Production Manager/Coordinator with day-to-day logistics and on-set coordination.
• . Handle basic paperwork, call sheets distribution, and assist in maintaining production records if required.
• . Be available for non-standard working hours, outdoor shoots, and travel depending on production needs.
• . Troubleshoot minor on-set issues and support the team under tight deadlines and pressure.
