What it takes to be part of Finacle as a Lead?

• 7-10 years of hands-on development experience in Java or Node.js, or C++
• Proven ability to build, optimize, and maintain scalable applications in a fintech or enterprise environment
• Passion for digital banking and solving real-world challenges for global customers
• A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving tech landscape
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work at Bangalore, Chennai, Pune or Hyderabad office location

Eligibility

• Candidates with B.E / B. Tech. / M.C.A / M.E / M.Tech
• 7-10 years of relevant, hands-on experience in software development

Interview process- Coding assessment followed by 2 rounds of interview
