Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Product Solution Manager with strong experience in Pre-Sales, AI solutioning, partner management, and product demonstrations. This role will act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Customersdriving technical discovery, crafting tailored AI solutions, and enabling successful enterprise adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales engagements, including requirement discovery and technical workshops.
- Design and present customized AI-driven solutions aligned to client use cases.
- Deliver compelling product demos and POCs to enterprise stakeholders.
- Work closely with Sales to support deal closures with strong technical articulation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align customer feedback with roadmap.
- Manage and enable technology/implementation partners for smooth deployment.
- Conduct competitive analysis and position product strengths effectively.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation.
Key Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in Product Solutioning / Pre-Sales / Technical Consulting.
- Strong understanding of AI / Generative AI / Conversational AI platforms.
- Excellent demo and storytelling capability.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and partners.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
