Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Product Solution Manager with strong experience in Pre-Sales, AI solutioning, partner management, and product demonstrations. This role will act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Customersdriving technical discovery, crafting tailored AI solutions, and enabling successful enterprise adoption.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales engagements, including requirement discovery and technical workshops.
  • Design and present customized AI-driven solutions aligned to client use cases.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and POCs to enterprise stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Sales to support deal closures with strong technical articulation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align customer feedback with roadmap.
  • Manage and enable technology/implementation partners for smooth deployment.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and position product strengths effectively.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation.


Key Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in Product Solutioning / Pre-Sales / Technical Consulting.
  • Strong understanding of AI / Generative AI / Conversational AI platforms.
  • Excellent demo and storytelling capability.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and partners.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
