Product Servicing-Functional Tester - Associate

As a Product Servicing-Functional Tester - Associate in our team, you will be responsible for defining, creating, and executing test scenarios for monthly releases. You will collaborate with teams to understand requirements, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and suggest improvements to testing processes. This role provides an opportunity to demonstrate your commitment to quality, ownership, and accountability, and to go the extra mile for deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test scenarios for monthly product releases.
• Conduct sanity and regression testing, assessing impacts from partner app changes.
• Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and communicate testing progress.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards; document and resolve defects.
• Suggest improvements to testing processes and stay updated with industry trends.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in functional testing.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies; experience with test management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Zeal to succeed and willingness to go the extra yard for deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Experience in Lending is preferred.
• Knowledge of Loan systems like Loan IQ and ACBS is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
