Product Quality Executive

Job Description :

1. Accountable for optimization of Potential failures from Factory , Supply and Site Quality Checks. Experience in project Management & continuous improvement tools and techniques.
2. Responsible for Good Documentation practices, creation of Test Protocols , standard operating procedures and checklist. Training & education to internal as well as external stakeholders. Implementation of Product assurance policy guidelines through process documents, design standards and One-Point lessons.
3. Responsible for monitoring, maintaining & tracking daily progression of Factory , supplier and Installation quality performance. Generation of reports and sharing with relevant stakeholders on periodically defined frequency.
4. Performing Root cause Analysis and implementation of identified countermeasures. Promote culture of problem solving & KAIZEN through employee engagement initiatives
5. Responsible for site visits & factory visits as per monthly calendar planner , incorporate the observations & actionable from site visits into process improvement initiatives. Development of RCA , CAPA and containment actions.
6. Part of Core team for New Product Development , product upgradation and new raw materials test implementations. Collaborate with R&D / Design / Operations teams for implantation & execution of Pilot prototypes.
7. Work with Operations, Design, Procurement and Execution teams to standardize the processes through analytical problem-solving approach. High skills on Cross functional stakeholder management.

Good exposure in Quality systems ISO 9001 , IATF 16949, TQM,MSA, Six Sigma, Lean concepts.

Attention to detail.

Strong shop floor management skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
