Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Owner who will play a critical role in defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful execution across cross-functional teams. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define, refine, and communicate the product vision aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain a clear strategic roadmap.

Backlog Ownership

• Own and manage the product backlog with clear prioritization.
• Translate business needs and user insights into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, validate use cases, and refine priorities.
• Bridge communication between business and engineering teams.

Documentation & Technical Understanding

• Prepare detailed user stories, functional specifications, and API documentation.
• Work closely with engineering teams with strong technical fluency.

Agile Leadership

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality product increments.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

• 57 years of experience in Product Ownership or related roles.

Core Skills

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira & Confluence.
• Strong documentation and analytical abilities.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Scrum & Agile
• UI Tools Figma (Wireframing & Prototyping)
• API Testing (Postman)
• API Documentation
• Insurance Domain Knowledge Must Have
