Product Owner

Job Description:

• Work closely with the technology team to develop, test, and deliver defined deliverables.
• Maintain and prioritize a list of business requirements for future releases.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up calls to ensure alignment on priorities and blockers.
• Create awareness around new requirements and updates among the business and technical teams.
• Drive change management activities scheduling meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on actions.
• Review and update walkthrough guides and SOPs.
• Support audit preparations by documenting process changes, preparing evidence, and coordinating responses to audit queries.
• Conduct user training sessions and office hours, including preparation and follow-up.
• Handle user access approvals and guideline reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 7- 10 years of relevant experience.
