Job Description
Product Owner Customer IAM
Location: Pune
Experience: 15+ years (with at least 3 years in Product Ownership)
Role Expectations:
- Define product vision and roadmap for client-facing identity services : registration, login, MFA, QR login, biometrics, passwordless authentication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with GDPR, PSD2 , and enterprise security standards.
- Experience with ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta , and protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML ).
- Strong Agile background (Scrum, Kanban ) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitLab .
- Certifications like CSPO, SAFe POPM, CISSP are a plus!
Your Role:
- Define product vision and roadmap for identity services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and security
- Drive product delivery in an Agile environment
