Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Proactively identifying and removing impediments on behalf of the product team  

• Collaborating with key stakeholders for scoping and prioritising product ops activities  

• Developing a deep understanding of the consumer and solving their issues with cross-functional collaboration 

• Looking out for potential breakage points in product operations point of view and implement corrective steps guided by the PM 

Mandatory: 

• Bachelor degree with 0-1yrs of experience 

• Driven, self-starter and good communication skills 

• Positive attitude to help in solving operational issues and unblocking OM team  

• Problem-solving ranging from conceptualisation to implementation, impeccable attention to detail 

• Excel / Google Sheets / JIRA/ Asana experience  

• Potentially this candidate will grow into an APM or Program Manager
