Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager Localisation to lead product strategy, localization, and execution for the local market across wearable devices such as smartwatches, earbuds (TWS), and smart glasses.

This role is critical in building mass-market, value-driven products for Tier-2 / Tier-3 / Tier-4 users, balancing cost, features, and user experience using a data-driven product approach.

You will work closely with engineering, design, data, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams in a fast-growing global consumer electronics organization backed by a top-tier private enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Local-focused wearable productsfrom ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
• Define and manage the product roadmap, MVP scope, and feature prioritization aligned with Local user needs
• Translate Local consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis into scalable and cost-efficient product solutions
• Work cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, app, design, QA, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Drive localization strategies for features, UX, pricing, and packaging tailored to price-sensitive and mass-market users
• Track and optimize key product metrics including DAU, retention, conversion, revenue, and user engagement
• Support go-to-market planning, launch readiness, and feedback loops from sales and customer support teams
• Continuously analyze post-launch data and customer feedback to improve product performance and lifecycle value

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in wearables, consumer electronics, IoT, or hardware-led products
• Strong understanding of the Local consumer market, especially Tier-2 / Tier-3 / Tier-4 user behavior
• Hands-on experience with UPI payments, affordability-driven product design, and price-sensitive segments
• Solid technical understanding of hardware components, sensors, Bluetooth/BLE, firmware, and wearable operating systems
• Proven ability to work with engineering and hardware teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Hindi with professional working proficiency in English

Good to Have

• Experience launching mass-market wearable products in Local
• Exposure to supply chain constraints, BOM optimization, or cost engineering
• Prior experience working with global HQ or cross-border product teams
