About the Role: As a Product Manager at SaveIN, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features across our Android, iOS, and Web platforms. You will translate business goals and user needs into well-defined product requirements, and partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ship high-quality consumer-facing experiences in healthcare financing.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the product roadmap for assigned modules across Android, iOS, and Web.

Gather and synthesize user feedback, data insights, and market research to identify and prioritize the right problems to solve.

Write clear, well-scoped PRDs and usability documents understandable by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver features on time and at quality.

Define and track product KPIs- including activation, conversion, retention, and funnel metrics- and iterate based on outcomes.

Run structured product experiments (A/B tests, pilots) to validate hypotheses before committing to full-scale development.

Ensure solutions are designed to be configurable and adaptable across user segments wherever possible.

Stay hands-on with Figma screens, API specs, and JIRA tickets to maintain deep context on your team's work.

Must-Have Skills:

35 years of product management experience, with at least 12 years in B2C fintech, lending, or consumer apps.

Experience shipping and scaling consumer products with a meaningful MAU base.

Hands-on with agile tools: JIRA, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel or GA4.

Data-driven approach- comfortable defining metrics, reading funnel data, and drawing insights from analytics.

Basic familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Strong product instincts with the ability to translate business needs into user-centered features.

Good written and verbal communication skills; able to write structured PRDs independently.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Prior experience in healthtech, wellness, BNPL, or healthcare financing domains.

Understanding of credit lifecycle, lending APIs, or financial product flows.

Exposure to UX research methods, usability testing, or design thinking.

Experience working with growth, CRM, or performance marketing teams.
