About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead regulatory-driven initiatives within the Financial Crimes domain. This role owns product scope, regulatory intent, and roadmap direction while ensuring alignment across Compliance, Risk, Data, and Technology teams.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, data-heavy environments and has experience translating regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Regulatory Alignment

• Own product scope aligned to AML/KYC and regulatory objectives
• Translate regulatory guidance into product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Drive prioritization and sequencing across multiple regulatory initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business outcomes, compliance obligations, and data integrity

Stakeholder Leadership

• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Engineering stakeholders
• Lead key product, delivery, and data decisions
• Communicate product strategy and regulatory impacts to senior leadership

Data & Controls Oversight

• Ensure solutions support regulatory reporting, controls, and audit readiness
• Oversee remediation initiatives and sustainable control frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong experience in Financial Crimes, AML, or KYC
• Experience working in regulation-driven and data-intensive environments
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into product strategy
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
