The Role:

Were seeking a Product Manager to help lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Modisofts digital products, including POS, loyalty, and other customer-facing solutions. This role owns feature development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product roadmaps and priorities for POS, loyalty, and digital platform initiatives
• Translate business goals and customer feedback into clear product requirements and user stories
• Partner closely with Developers, Design, QA, and Support teams to plan, build, and release features on time
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Gather and analyze customer insights, product data, and support trends to guide prioritization
• Ensure strong documentation and alignment throughout the product lifecycle
• Support customer visits, trade shows, and product implementations as needed, including occasional travel

Qualifications

Required :

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role
• Experience working with software or SaaS products
• Strong documentation, communication, and prioritization skills
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams
• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred :

• Experience with POS, loyalty, or retail technology
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with global or US-based customers
