About KLYM KLYM is Indias first AI-driven skincare decision platformhelping Gen Z understand their skin, not guess products. We combine skin scans, derma-logic, climate data, and conversational AI to deliver outcome-led routines across products and procedures.

What you'll do

• Own the Roadmap: define and drive the product vision for KLYMs consumer app, balancing immediate user needs with long-term strategic goals.
• Master the Loop: optimize the core "Scan Analyze Recommend Routine" loop to ensure high completion rates and daily user engagement.
• Metrics that Matter: obsess over retention, DAU/MAU, and conversion rates. You dont just ship features; you ship outcomes.
• Bridge the Gap: act as the translator between our Medical Team (Derma-logic), Engineering (AI/Tech), and Design (UX) to build medically accurate yet highly engaging features.
• Gamify the Routine: build sticky features (streaks, rewards, skin journals) that turn skincare from a chore into a daily habit for Gen Z users.
• User Empathy: conduct user interviews and analyze support tickets to deeply understand the "why" behind user behavior, not just the "what."

What were looking for

• 24 Years Experience: proven track record in Product Management specifically for B2C / Consumer Apps (Health-tech, Social, or D2C).
• 0 to 1 Mindset: experience building and launching products from scratch, or scaling a product from early traction to mass adoption.
• Data Fluency: you are comfortable writing SQL queries or using tools like Mixpanel/Amplitude to answer your own questions.
• Design Sense: you dont need to be a designer, but you must have a strong eye for UX/UI and know what "good" looks like for a consumer app.
• Technical Chops: ability to discuss API integrations, AI model constraints, and backend logic with engineers without getting lost.

Bonus (nice to have)

• Experience with Gamification or Habit-forming products (e.g., Duolingo, Fitness apps).
• Background in Beauty-tech or Health-tech.
• Entrepreneurial experience (ex-founder or early employee).
