Product Manager Generative AI & Agentic AI

We are going to trust you with

• Leading end-to-end product lifecycle for GenAI and Agentic AI applications from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.
• Translating business needs and user requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and technical requirements
• Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for AI features including prompt testing, model evaluation, and ensuring successful deployment of AI agents.
• Managing AI product strategy including model selection, fine-tuning requirements, and integration with existing systems.
• Driving responsible AI practices including bias mitigation, safety protocols, and ethical AI development standards.
• Supporting automation of AI workflows and performance tracking for continuous model improvement.

Our ideal candidate will be someone with

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with at least 2+ years specifically in building and launching AI/ML applications, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• A degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, or related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute, preferably with exposure to Computer Science or Data Science.
• Proven track record of developing and launching AI-driven products from scratch, particularly GenAI applications.
• Strong understanding of GenAI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG systems, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex AI use cases and evaluate model performance.
• The ability to write clear, concise product requirements and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• A highly organized, detail-oriented mindset with strong sense of ownership and accountability for product outcomes.

Bonus Points, if you

• Have experience with specific AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI API, Claude Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Are proficient in data analysis and AI evaluation tools like Python, R, or specialized ML monitoring platforms.
• Have experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or AI-specific dashboards for model performance tracking.
• Have previously worked with AI tech teams or managed AI products for global markets.
• Have experience in conversational AI, chatbots, or AI agents development
