Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager (12 years experience) to join our high-growth venture-building team. Youll work at the intersection of technology, business, and design , managing product execution from concept to launch across one or more AI-led digital ventures.

This role is ideal for someone whos passionate about building impactful products, has hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices , and loves translating ideas into scalable, high-performing solutions.

What Youll Do

• Own and manage the end-to-end product development cycle from requirement gathering and sprint planning to delivery and post-launch analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Growth, and Founders) to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps .
• Manage the product backlog and drive sprint execution using Jira or similar Agile tools .
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning as part of the Scrum process.
• Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable insights and iterate quickly.
• Define and monitor key product metrics (OKRs, usage, conversion, retention) to measure success.
• Conduct competitive and market research to inform product strategy and differentiation.
• Ensure alignment between product vision and business goals through continuous communication and collaboration.

What Were Looking For

• 12 years of experience in product management, preferably in startup, SaaS, or digital venture environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sprints, prioritize backlogs, and deliver on time.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in using data to make decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skillscomfortable working with engineers, designers, and leadership.
• Curiosity for emerging tech trendsespecially AI, ML, and digital transformation.
• Bonus: Experience with AI-led or AdTech platforms .
