Product Manager - AI

We're hiring for one our clients based out of Bangalore . They are Indias first Active-Ageing & Senior Wellbeing company that helps adults aged 55+ live healthier, happier, safer, and more connected lives. They are backed by General Catalyst and Gruhas by Nikhil Kamath (Founder of Zerodha). Raised $20M in seed funding.

Role Overview-

This is not a feature-building role.

This is a product philosophy and systems-design role focused on one outcome:

Make every new Marzi member feel special, seen and proud and naturally talk about it to others.

You will imagine, design and build a tech-first, zero-ops engagement system that:

1. Creates a warm, intimate relationship between the app and the user

2. Makes every user feel emotionally safe and accepted within 7 days

3. Gives them daily moments that spark pride and organic flaunting

You will work closely with Design, Engineering, Community and Content to deliver a deeply premium

experiencefully automated, AI-enabled, and infinitely scalable.

Who You Are-

1. 26 years in product, consumer apps, behavioural design or lifecycle management.
2. Strong experience in building AI products.
3. Deep user empathy and ability to think emotionally + structurally.
4. Strong first-principles thinker who can translate feelings into systems and flows.
5. High ownership, high clarity and obsession for craft.
