Summary: As a Product Management Lead, you will lead the Product Management capability for the organization. You will develop and implement a product vision and strategy, provide thought leadership and sales support, and work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions. Your role will also involve overseeing the build and maintenance of the product, ensuring its success in the market. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy. - Identify market opportunities and conduct market research to inform product development. - Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide technology solutions. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. - Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch. - Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring its success in the market. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Communication Management Solutions. - Strong understanding of product management principles and practices. - Experience in developing and implementing product strategies. - Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Communication Management Solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
