We are in the screening process for Product Implementation Associate (US Region) professional for a Leading Digital Logistics Technology Company.

Position: Product Implementation Associate (US Region)

Location: Jaipur / Bangalore / Delhi / Mumbai, India

Role Type: Full-time

Experience: 1 4 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Lead product deployment and configuration for US-based enterprise clients, ensuring smooth integration with their existing systems and processes.

Customize implementation plans based on client requirements and operational structures.

Monitor fleet data dashboards and identify anomalies or tracking issues in real time.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational concerns and maintain system performance.

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user analysis to support product improvements.

Gather client feedback and recommend data-driven enhancements to logistics workflows.

Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams for seamless implementation and post-deployment support.

Analyze product usage data and performance KPIs to support go-to-market strategies and feature optimization.

Experience Required:

14 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or Enterprise Client Management role.

Good understanding of SaaS platforms or technology product ecosystems.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualification:

BTech / Dual Degree (any specialization) from Tier 1 institutes (IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, etc.).

Mandatory Requirement:

Candidates must have a valid B1/B2 US Visa.

Willingness to travel frequently to the United States for client deployments and on-site implementations.
