and passionate Lead Java Developer to drive the technical

direction and execution of our core platforms.

The Role

As a Java Developer , you will be an integral part of our engineering team, involved in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications. You will collaborate closely with senior developers and architects to build scalable, high-performance solutions that power mission-critical financial systems. This role provides a great opportunity to grow your technical skills and gain exposure to enterprise-grade software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using modern frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.

Code Quality & Standards:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Software Lifecycle Management:

• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Support debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization efforts.

Collaboration & Problem Solving:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
• Apply analytical thinking to resolve technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience:

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

Technical Skills (Must-Have):

• Proficiency in Core Java , J2EE , Spring , and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful Web Services .
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) , Multithreading , and Collections Framework .
• Good understanding of software design principles and patterns.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Microservices architecture .
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines .
• Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases.
