In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Apply core mechanical engineering principlesincluding thermal analysis, fluid dynamics, and structural designto develop filtration products
• Design and develop air filtration and crankcase ventilation filtration products from concept through production
• Perform concept generation and detailed design using Creo or equivalent CAD tools
• Ensure designs meet Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) requirements
• Support systemlevel integration of filtration products within internal combustion engines and vehicle platforms
• Participate in product launch activities including GD&T, Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA), reliability assessment, and technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, testing, and global engineering teams to ensure successful execution
• Respond to customerdriven engineering requests with agility while maintaining technical discipline and quality
• Use datadriven approaches to evaluate performance, risks, and design tradeoffs

To be successful in this role you will need the following

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of internal combustion engine (ICE) systems and vehicle integration
• Working knowledge of air filtration and crankcase ventilation filtration products and systems
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as Creo for modelling and drawings creation
• Working knowledge of GD&T, DFM, DFA, reliability engineering, and validation processes

Education and Experience:

• Masters degree (M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline
• 39 years of professional experience in filtration companies or roles associated with filtration or separation science
