Location: Bengaluru
Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid 4 days per week in office (non-negotiable)
Compensation: Up to 80 LPA

Solutioner has been engaged to identify a Product Director for an enterprise, product-led technology organization. This role is responsible for shaping product vision, driving large-scale initiatives, and ensuring strong alignment between product strategy, engineering execution, and business outcomes.
The role demands strong executive presence , comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Business.
- Own product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for enterprise products
- Drive execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
- Partner closely with Engineering to manage demand, priorities, and trade-offs
- Solve growth, scale, adoption, or monetization challenges through product strategy
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured product direction
- Leverage data, insights, and emerging technologies (including AI) to improve outcomes
- Communicate product decisions clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders
- 1018 years of Product Management experience (enterprise / B2B preferred)
- Proven experience driving enterprise-scale initiatives with quantified ROI
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
- Education from top-tier institutes only (full-time programs; no distance education)
- Bengaluru-based and comfortable with 4 days per week in office
