What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of our Core Tea innovation efforts, working on new product development, renovation, and value improvement projects. Your work will span from lab experiments to factory scale-ups, blending science with creativity to deliver consumer-loved products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and improving tea blends that are better for consumers and the planet.

• Planning and executing experiments, analyzing data, and drawing scientific conclusions.

• Translating consumer insights into product hypotheses and validating them through testing.

• Leading technical benchmarking and stability studies to ensure product excellence.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across R&D, Brand, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance.

• Supporting factory scale-up with clear documentation and training.

• Driving cost-effective and sustainable product improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field with 1–2 years of experience in Food or Beverage R&D or Graduates with 2 to 3 yrs of exp preferably in tea industry.

Preferred:

• Strong understanding of product development principles and R&D processes.

• Familiarity with ingredients, formulations, and flavor systems.

• Experience with data management tools.

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• A curious mindset and a passion for learning.
