Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Product Designer, located in Bengaluru with the flexibility of some remote work. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating user-centric designs, developing innovative product solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key tasks include conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, and refining visual and product designs to ensure optimal user experiences. The designer will contribute to the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, to help build impactful, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and foundational Product Design principles
• Experience and expertise in Design Thinking methodologies
• Strong skills in User Research and UX Research to understand user behaviors and needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Strong communication skills to convey design concepts effectively
• Prior experience in designing AI-powered or complex technical products is a plus
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred but not required
