The Role

Were looking for a Product Designer with a vision. This isnt a traditional design roleyoull bring product thinking to complex challenges, shaping AI-powered experiences that transform the programmatic world.

Youll explore how AI can reduce friction, automate repetitive tasks, and guide smarter decisions, while rapidly prototyping using AI and tools like Figma. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design high-impact, user-centered solutions.

What youll do

• User research & AI insights: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing; leverage AI to generate faster, data-driven insights.
• Design with AI: Create intuitive, visually appealing, and well-architected interfaces; use AI to personalize, automate, and optimize experiences.
• Prototype fast & iterate: Rapidly ideate, wireframe, and test using AI-assisted tools; iterate quickly based on feedback, testing, and AI-powered optimization.
• Collaborate: Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to bring AI-driven concepts to life.
• Solve complex problems: Apply product thinking to ambiguous challenges and emerging AI trends.
• Stay ahead: Push boundaries in AI-powered design and share knowledge across the team.
• Test, validate & iterate: Conduct user research and usability testing, leverage AI to generate insights, and apply them iteratively to improve designs.

What were looking for

• 2+ years as a Product Designer in SaaS, B2B, or digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing problem-solving, product thinking, and creativity.
• Skilled in Figma & AI tools & IDEs (ChatGPT, Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Bolt, Vercel etc.). Animation and video editing tools are a plus.
• Comfortable designing across UX, UI, and end-to-end product experiences as a design generalist.
• Experience dabbling in product management or engineering, and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
• Familiarity with Ad-Tech, HR-Tech, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Self-starter, adaptable, and excited by fast-paced, AI-driven environments.
