Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Designer, based in Bengaluru. The Product Designer will be responsible for designing user-centric product experiences, conducting user research, implementing design thinking principles, and creating visually engaging designs. The daily tasks will also include collaboration with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute innovative solutions that enhance user experience and align with product goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and the ability to create appealing and functional design assets
• Strong skills in Design Thinking and a user-centered approach to problem-solving
• Experience in User Research and UX Research for gathering insights to inform design decisions
• Expertise in Product Design, with the capability to translate ideas into functional prototypes and final designs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas clearly
• Ability to work in an on-site setup in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in creating user experiences for digital products, especially in the fitness or tech industry, is an advantage
