Summary: As a Product Designer, you will conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative digital or physical products. You will develop physical, 2D/3D, immersive prototypes and videos for products, refining product design through iterative user testing and applying feedback on functionality and usability. Your typical day will involve creating and refining product designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user testing, and documenting feedback to improve product functionality and usability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and refine product designs based on user feedback. - Conduct user testing to gather feedback on product functionality and usability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design aligns with business objectives. - Document and communicate design decisions and feedback to stakeholders. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ALIP Product Configuration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Product Development Management. - Strong understanding of product design principles and methodologies. - Experience in developing physical and digital prototypes. - Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. - Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices. - Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. - Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in ALIP Product Configuration. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
