Job Title: Product Data Manager (E-commerce QA & Upload Operations)

Location: Noida, Sector 49

Working Days: Monday Saturday

Timings: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage the complete product data lifecycle from validation and quality checks to SKU creation and image management.

This role requires strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and accountability (not just data entry).

Key Responsibilities Data Quality Control

Perform quality checks on product sheets
Ensure correct spelling, colors, finish types, sizes, and units
Maintain brand and category consistency
Identify and remove duplicate entries

Dev & Production Upload

Upload product data to development environment
Validate format compatibility and fix errors
Push approved data to production
Maintain SKU records and logs

Image Management

Extract product images from catalogues
Ensure proper SKU-based naming conventions
Maintain organized storage (Drive/folders)
Coordinate with graphic designers for mockups
Bulk upload final images mapped to SKUs

Required Skills

Advanced MS Excel (mandatory)
Strong analytical and logical thinking
High attention to detail
Ability to handle large datasets
Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Skills (Plus)

Experience with e-commerce backend systems
Knowledge of bulk upload processes
Understanding of product catalog or PIM systems
Basic SQL knowledge
Familiarity with SKU structures

Eligibility

Graduate (BBA / BCom / BCA / Any stream)
02 years of relevant experience
Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
Ability to coordinate with teams
